Airakty is a group of picturesque mountains with sheer walls and peculiar crevices. Each mountain resembles an impregnable fortress, with edges shaped like towers, which is why the place is called the “Valley of Castles.”
The area was formed from chalk deposits and has been well preserved since ancient times.
The main attraction is Mount Zhayrakty (Airakty). This large mountain with weathered walls resembles an ancient temple with columns. A wild trail leads to its summit. Inside the mountain, there is a rather deep cave, which locals avoid entering due to their beliefs.
