Shakpaktysai is a canyon located in the northwestern part of the Tub-Karagan Peninsula, in the western section of the Kaushe Mountains.
The canyon stretches from north to south for 9.5 kilometers, with its maximum width in the central part reaching 4.7 kilometers. The western part of the canyon is marked by steep cliffs, while the southern part is cut by small ravines.
